Prologue: The capybara is the largest rodent in the world—known for being calm, social, and able to get along peacefully with almost any animal. But this capybara is sitting alone at a bar in a less-than-perfect world. After one too many, he stumbles out into the night and makes his way to his dealer’s house. There he overdoses, left for dead beneath the quiet sky of a country road. As his ghost begins its fall toward the depths of hell, he hopes to find his way back out.
